General Rules

Dear guests,
For the safety, comfort, and well-being of everyone, please read and respect the internal rules of the guesthouse.
By checking in, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these rules.

1. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in:from 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be granted upon request, depending on availability.


2. Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Bed linen is changed every 2 days.
  • Room cleaning and towel change take place between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

3. Rooms and Use of Facilities

  • Moving furniture or using room items for purposes other than intended is prohibited.
  • Do not consume food in bed or in areas not designated for dining.
  • Bringing additional electrical appliances (hotplates, stoves, etc.) into the room is prohibited.

4. Smoking

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and indoor common areas.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

5. Quiet and Coexistence

  • Disturbing other guests by noise or inappropriate behavior is prohibited.
  • Parties in rooms are not allowed.

6. Meal Services

  • Breakfast is served between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, in the dining room or on the terrace.
  • Ordering food or drinks to the rooms is not permitted.
  • Cooking activities in rooms are not allowed.

7. Children

  • Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
  • Leaving children alone in the room is prohibited.

8. Pets

  • Pets are NOT allowed.

9. Safety and Personal Belongings

  • Any damage caused by not respecting the rules will be paid for by the client.
  • Please lock your room when leaving.
  • The guesthouse is not responsible for valuables that are forgotten, lost, or left unattended.

10. Emergency Situations

  • In case of emergency (fire, accident, etc.), follow the staff’s instructions.

Pool Rules – Pensiunea Paradis

  1. Paradis Spa is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Guests must respect the opening and closing hours of the facility.
  2. Only persons who have paid the entrance fee for this service are allowed access to the pool — those who, upon verification, cannot prove payment (ticket, wristband, etc.) will be removed from the complex.
  3. Paradis Spa provides individual lockers and recommends using locks to protect your belongings. We advise you not to leave valuables in the lockers! Paradis Spa is not responsible for theft or damage to your belongings!
  4. Locker keys are obtained at reception after reading and accepting the rules. Keys must be returned to reception upon departure.
  5. Prices for pool entries and monthly subscriptions are displayed at Paradis Spa reception. One ticket equals one entry. Leaving the pool and returning later is only allowed if a new ticket is purchased. For details, please consult Paradis Spa staff.
  6. The reasonable time for using the pool is 2 hours. Please do not exceed 3 hours!
  7. Showering is mandatory before entering the pool and between sauna sessions, to remove acidic substances from the body (resulting from natural sweating).
  8. Entry to the pool area is only allowed in swimwear, specifically a swimsuit/trunks, bath slippers, and with a towel; entering the water in street clothes is not allowed. Persons who do not respect this rule will be removed from the pool.
  9. Walking without slippers is strictly prohibited (especially when moving between the pool and sauna).
  10. Children under 12 years old are allowed access to the pool only when accompanied and supervised by parents! Unaccompanied or unsupervised minors are strictly prohibited from entering the pools.
  11. Entry is forbidden to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, persons with repulsive appearance, or wearing dirty clothes.
  12. Persons with open wounds, dermatitis, dermatoses, or contagious diseases are not allowed in the pool — the facility reserves the right to refuse entry to persons showing skin conditions.
  13. Pets are not allowed in the pools or spa area.
  14. Use of obscene language, indecent gestures, violence, or behavior affecting the comfort and physical integrity of guests and staff is prohibited.
  15. Bringing and consuming food or beverages inside the complex that are not sold by the complex bar is prohibited.
  16. Smoking is forbidden inside the pools and spa areas at Paradis Spa.
  17. In Paradis Spa, reading posted rules, contraindications, maintaining cleanliness, and respecting hygienic-sanitary norms is mandatory.
  18. Clients assume full responsibility when entering the pool if they cannot swim.
  19. Please respect the staff and do not damage Paradis Spa property: furniture, equipment, sanitary installations!
    Damage caused to the complex’s property will be charged to the persons responsible for these damages.
  20. Running and reckless games on the edge of the pool are NOT allowed. DO NOT JUMP INTO THE POOL. Pushing people on the edge of the pool into the water is forbidden! We do not assume responsibility for any accidents or health problems caused by these actions!
  21. Chewing gum is prohibited — choking hazard!
  22. The introduction and use of fragile objects or any items that could cause injury or accidents is forbidden.
  23. Filming and photography are prohibited without special permission from Paradis Spa management.
  24. PLEASE DO NOT SPIT, BLOW YOUR NOSE, OR URINATE IN THE POOL!
  25. The maximum depth of the pool is 1.45 meters.
  26. During swimming lessons, the parent or accompanying person is asked to remain on the Paradis Spa premises for the duration of the course.
  27. Persons who violate these rules will be removed, and in case of repeated indiscipline, access to the complex will be denied.
  28. Paradis Spa reserves the right to cancel subscriptions of clients who do not respect the “Paradis Spa Regulations.”
  29. Clients use the pool at their own risk; Paradis Spa is not responsible for any accidents or their consequences.

Pool Contraindications

  1. Persons with one or more of the following conditions are prohibited from entering pools, swimming pools, or communal showers:
  2. Known allergies to chlorine and its compounds
  3. Allergic diseases other than chlorine allergies
  4. Chronic conjunctivitis or keratitis
  5. Chronic upper respiratory diseases
  6. Chronic bronchopneumopathies, including bronchial asthma
  7. Dermatoses or other skin diseases
  8. Anemia
  9. Epilepsy
  10. Psychiatric disorders
  11. Neurological disorders
  12. Infectious contagious diseases in progress (including carriers until sterilization)
  13. Tuberculosis
  14. Infections with E. Coli, Giardiasis, Shigella, Salmonella, Vibrio
  15. Hepatitis A
  16. Open wounds
  17. Also, persons who have consumed alcoholic beverages and/or hallucinogenic substances are prohibited from pool access.

Playground Rules

We want all children to have fun safely, and for parents to feel at ease.
To achieve this, you must follow the rules below:

Supervision Required

  • Children may use the playground only when accompanied and supervised by an adult.
  • Parents/guardians are directly responsible for supervising children and for their behavior throughout their time in the playground.
  • Use of the play equipment is at your own risk.

NOT Allowed:

  • Climbing, jumping, or improper use of the play equipment is NOT allowed.
  • Crowding, pushing, hitting, and aggressive play are NOT permitted.
  • Food, drinks, or chewing gum are NOT allowed on the play equipment.
  • Dangerous, sharp, or heavy objects that could cause injury are NOT allowed.
  • Pets are NOT allowed in the playground.
  • Use of the playground while intoxicated or under the influence of banned substances is strictly prohibited.
  • Eating and drinking on the play equipment is not allowed.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the playground area.

Cleanliness & Care

  • Keep the playground clean. Trash should be disposed of in the designated bins.
  • Do not damage the equipment — it is for all children to enjoy.
  • In bad weather (rain, ice, etc.), avoid using the equipment to prevent injuries.
  • Report any malfunction or damage to the equipment immediately.

Failure to comply with the rules may result in being denied access to the playground.

Children’s safety and mutual respect are top priorities!
We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who does not follow these rules.

Jacuzzi Rules

Please take note of the following rules regarding the use of the jacuzzi:

Before Use:

  • Take a shower before entering the jacuzzi.
  • Wear appropriate swimwear.
  • Do not enter the jacuzzi if you have open wounds or contagious skin conditions.


During Use:

  • Recommended session duration: maximum 15–20 minutes.
  • The consumption of food or drinks is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not introduce foreign objects into the water.
  • Avoid leaning over or making sudden movements that may interfere with the jacuzzi’s operation.
  • Be respectful of others’ space and maintain a quiet atmosphere.
  • Do not use the jacuzzi after consuming alcohol or medications that may impair focus.

Contraindications (Do not use the jacuzzi if you have):

  • Heart problems or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
  • Pregnancy (unless approved by a doctor).
  • Epilepsy or other neurological disorders.
  • Fever, infections, or contagious illnesses.
  • Sensitive skin or severe allergies to chlorine or other water-treatment substances.

Important:

  • Do not leave children unattended in the jacuzzi.
  • Follow the staff’s instructions and posted technical guidelines.

Staff reserves the right to interrupt use in case of rule violations.

Salt Room Rules

Please follow the rules when using the salt room:

Before Use:

  • Children under 12 may enter only when accompanied by an adult.
  • Entry is allowed only in clean clothing.


During Use:

  • Smoking and the consumption of food or drinks inside the salt room are strictly prohibited.
  • No phones or loud music allowed.
  • Please respect the silence and personal space of other users.
  • Do not touch the salt, walls, or any equipment.

Contraindications (Do not use the salt room if you have):

  • Heart problems or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
  • Pregnancy (unless recommended by a doctor).
  • Epilepsy or other neurological disorders.
  • Fever, infections, or contagious illnesses.

Important:

  • If you feel discomfort, exit immediately and inform the staff.
  • Do not leave children unattended in the salt room.
  • Follow staff instructions and adhere to the rules.

The staff reserves the right to interrupt use in case of non-compliance.

Wet Sauna Rules

For ecological reasons, the saunas will be turned on only upon request.
Please folow the rules regarding the use of the wet sauna:

Before Use:

  • Do not use the sauna immediately after intense physical activity; wait until your pulse returns to normal.
  • For proper hygiene, showering is mandatory BEFORE and BETWEEN sauna sessions.
  • Avoid washing with soap before entering the sauna, as soap can interfere with sweating and body temperature regulation.
  • Remove metal jewelry and contact lenses before entering the sauna.
  • Leave slippers and robes outside at the sauna entrance.
  • Avoid consuming alcohol before entering the sauna.
  • Entry allowed only with clean clothing.


During Use:

  • Maintain silence — this is a relaxation space.
  • Smoking and consumption of food and drinks inside the sauna are strictly prohibited.
  • No phones or electronic devices allowed.
  • Do not use cosmetic products or oils in the sauna.
  • Respect the silence and personal space of other users.
  • The temperature in the wet sauna (steam bath) is 45–50°C.
  • Humidity should be between 90–100%.
  • Recommended sauna session duration is between 10 and 20 minutes.
  • Between sessions, rest for 10–15 minutes.
  • Do not spend too much time in the sauna to avoid overheating.
  • Drink water before, during, and after the sauna session to prevent dehydration.
  • If you feel dizzy or faint, exit immediately and inform the staff.

Contraindications (Do not use the wet sauna if you have):

  • Severe respiratory problems.
  • Contagious dermatological conditions.
  • Heart problems, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure.
  • Pregnancy (unless recommended by a doctor).
  • Epilepsy or other neurological disorders.
  • Fever or infections.

Important:

  • If you experience discomfort, exit immediately and notify the staff.
  • Children under 12 are not allowed. Children over 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
  • Follow staff instructions and the rules.

For ecological reasons, the saunas will be turned on only upon request.
Please follow the rules below regarding the use of the dry sauna:

Before Use:

  • Out of respect for other guests and for your own protection, when using the dry sauna, please sit on a towel to avoid contact between your sweaty body and the wooden benches.
  • For proper hygiene, showering is mandatory BEFORE, AFTER, and BETWEEN sauna sessions; once your skin is completely dry, you may enter the sauna.
  • Remove metal jewelry and contact lenses before entering the sauna.
  • Leave slippers and robes outside at the sauna entrance.
  • Avoid consuming alcohol before entering the sauna.


During Use:

  • Smoking and consumption of food and drinks inside the sauna are strictly prohibited.
  • No phones or electronic devices allowed.
  • Do not use cosmetic products or oils in the sauna.
  • Respect the silence and personal space of other users.
  • Recommended sauna session time is between 8 and 10 minutes.
  • Drink water before and after the sauna session to avoid dehydration.
  • If you feel dizzy or faint, exit immediately and ask the staff for assistance.
  • The sauna is an electrical device, so do not pour excessive water over unheated stones.
  • It is strictly forbidden to place newspapers or any other flammable material on the stones.
  • To create humidity, pour water over the hot stones gradually using the ladle, not all at once.

Contraindications (Do not use the dry sauna if you have):

  • Severe respiratory problems
  • Contagious dermatological conditions
  • Heart problems or uncontrolled high or low blood pressure
  • Pregnancy (unless recommended by a doctor)
  • Epilepsy or other neurological disorders
